πŸš‰ Bangkok Terminal Stations

Bangkok has four railway terminal stations. Most long-distance trains depart from Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal. Shorter-distance services β€” including commuter and excursion trains, and all Eastern Line trains β€” depart from Bangkok (Hua Lamphong). The Maeklong Line departs from Wongwian Yai Station. Thonburi Station, the former Southern Line terminal, now serves commuter trains to Nakhon Pathom, two trains a day to Kanchanaburi, and a small number of upper Southern Line services.

These are the major stations on the Northern Line between Bangkok and Chiang Mai. The distance is about 750 kilometres, and the fastest train completes the journey in 10 hours 25 minutes.
